If I do 110 pushups every other day, and take protein shakes will I get stronger fast? - protein shakes and alopecia areata

In only 15, I'm too young to start lifting weights. What is the promotion of the chest muscles? If I 110 of them all two days would be a bit much?

Do not make it a waste of time.
Do not waste your money on protein shakes.
It would probably hurt more than help.

If w train your chest, shoulders, back / triceps, and the train / develop your biceps muscle imbalances, I do not want that. You have to train your back so you can not join a gym Investing in a bar on the chin.

Then they train twice a week and do something like this:

Day 1 --
UPS - 3 sets of 10
Pull-ups - 3 sets of 10
Leg exercises (leg exercises bodywieght Google)

If 10 reps is to add very little weight, place something heavy in a backpack.

and do the same 2nd day

Protein Powder is a protein not only remarkably little dust, no need to chicken or meat (eat only examples)
