Infection Aortic Valve Could This Be A Bacterial Infection In The Heart?

Could this be a bacterial infection in the heart? - infection aortic valve

My husband had replaced a large piece of the descending aorta by Dacron 5 months ago, and also has a bicuspid aortic valve with swelling of 3.5 cm in the ascending aorta should be replaced at a later date. Recently, however, chills, fever, weight loss, headaches, the color of his skin had a pale, his eyes are sunken, and he's out of breath most of the time. He went to the doctor and run some tests on him. I was wondering if anyone had an idea what might be and whether they are connected to your heart and / or surgery?
