Should a guy like me be on an all fruit/vegetable diet? - all fruit and vegetable diet
I have a little limp in my chest and stomach and I am determined to lose, can pushups / abs day and when I run, eat fat, healthy, well and just not much, not all sweet, 4 servings of lean meat day, lots of vegetables / fruit, 10 + cups of water. I do not eat junk food. I follow this diet or switch to an all vegetable / fruit diet? You want to get rid of fat in the summer!
